Due to the extended application deadline and the overwhelming response we have had to this year’s Solidarity Academy, we have had to change the acceptance date for foreign participants to 01 04 2011 r. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we ask you to bear with us while we process all the applications thoroughly.
The Solidarity Academy is a unique educational project for young people from Poland, and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. We invite students, PhD students and activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and Poland.
Based on the application received we will select 50 participants: 10 from Poland and 40 from abroad. ECS will provide participants with accommodation, meals and educational materials. We will also partially reimburse the cost of travel to participants from outside Poland.
The Solidarity Academy 2011 will be delivered in English; all participants must be fluent in English.
Applications Deadlines:
Foreign participants – no later than 9.00 a.m. CET on 21 March 2011.
Polish participants – no later than 24.00 CET on 10 April 2011.
Applicants from abroad will be notified whether they have been successful via email by 1 April 2011.
Polish participants will be notified whether they have been successful via email by 12 April 2011.
BEFORE YOU START COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ACADEMY. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IS AN ESSENTIAL CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ACADEMY.
